  • Partner closely with US hiring managers and account teams to understand detailed technical job requirements, skill sets, cultural fit, and timelines for open positions.
  • Create and optimize compelling, ATS-friendly job descriptions tailored to the US market.
  • Source high-quality candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (e.g., Dice, Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster), GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean searches, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Perform thorough candidate screening: review resumes, assess technical skills, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and evaluate both hard and soft skills.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future US IT roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews between candidates and US clients/hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication across time zones.
