What we are looking for:

• Must have full life cycle experience in US Staffing involving Technical Recruiting/ Sourcing for Engineering positions.
• A demonstrated career progression in Technical recruiting.
• Should have a deep understanding of labor categories and other technical terms.
• Experience recruiting highly tenured and technical candidates, especially US Citizens.
• Well-versed with various work visas (H1B, H4, E3, TN, EADs), tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and other terms used in staffing.
