Technical Release Train Engineer

We're looking for a Technical Release Train Engineer to guide and optimize our Agile Release Train (ART) within a fast-paced, highly regulated financial services environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology delivery, cross-team coordination, and continuous improvement - and who brings both structure and creativity to complex enterprise programs. What You'll Do Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of features across the Agile Release Train, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements. Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions to keep teams aligned and moving forward. Partner with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, and Compliance to remove impediments and maintain a predictable delivery cadence.
