Urgent Hiring: Technical Research Analyst (Client Site-Pune)

Designation: Technical Research Analyst (Client Site)
Responsibilities Include:
- •Troubleshoot difficult technical problems within specified deadlines
- •Provide online support or over the call for our learners
- •Provide teaching assistance to trainers by conducting assignments/revision continuous course
- QA
- •Audit the quality of work performed and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
- •Be the first point of escalation.
- •Experience in Linux, Microsoft OS
- •Strong troubleshooting skills in very complex systems
- •Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Ability to manage high priority projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and programming languages.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for a broader audience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in e Learning or Ed Tech platforms.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles.

Location- Bangalore for Initial 2 months of training and then it will be Pune.

Working Days : 6 days working
Working Time : Day Shift
Candidates from Pune or nearby locations are preferred.
Compensation :
- For Btech Students
For first 6 months - 25k per month
Students would be on probation for the duration of 6 months with compensation of Rs.25,000
per month followed by CTC between Rs.7 LPA-10 LPA (based on performance during probation)
