Roles & Responsibilities
·Handling incoming inquiries from the sales division, within the set time limit, in order to support the sales division with the creation of offers for customers and thus close sales deals.
·Technical support to the sales division, in relation to questions on sold parts, in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
·Manage and keep all sorts of technical documentation up to date of a selected forklift brand or product range in the database. This happens in close cooperation with colleagues in order to have the most extensive dataset.
·Detecting and completing technical data for spare parts in the TVH sales application in order to always have access to the most up to date set of technical information.
 
Desired experience: Relevant experience of 2 to 6 yrs. as a Service Engineer who has hands-on experience on spare parts of material handling equipment, construction equipment, and commer...
