Technical Roaming Integrations Engineer

WHO ARE WE?

Sateliot is a Barcelona-based Startup in the New Space sector, becoming the first satellite telecommunications operator that will provide global and continuous connectivity to all the elements that will make up the massive Internet of Things (IoT) universe under the 5G protocol .

In order to do so, Sateliot is launching a constellation of last generation nanosatellites , located at low altitude that act as mobile towers. Sateliot is the perfect complement for large telecommunications companies by providing them with the necessary infrastructure where terrestrial technologies do not arrive.

YOUR MISSION

The Technical Roaming Integrations Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end technical management of roaming integrations with Mobile Network Operators and connectivity partners. This role acts as a key technical interface between Sateliot, MNOs, roaming hubs, and internal engineering teams, ensuring successful, scalable, and compliant roaming implementations.

YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Lead and coordinate the technical integration of roaming services with MNOs.
• Act as the main technical point of contact for operators during onboarding, testing, billing and commercial launch phases.
• Oversee end-to-end testing, and issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sateliot's network, core, and product teams to align technical requirements and timelines.
• Support definition and validation of network functionalities.
• Monitor integration performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvements.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, integration plans, and test reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• BSc in Engineering of Telecommunications
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in a Telecom company
• Experience with Roaming Integrations and Billing systems
• Experience with Wireshark and networking tools
• Familiarity with Mobile Operator sector and Telecom systems.
• Organized, Proactive, empathetic, strong teamworking skills and problem-solving.
• Capacity to work independently and manage technical projects in parallel.
• Good level of English (spoken and written) is essential; additional languages are a plus.
