Perform product management activities to ensure the product/service meets the business needs throughout the product life-cycle.
Main Responsibilities
- Recommends new features, adaptations or changes to products/services to meet customer requirements.
- Monitors, analyzes and evaluates product/service specifications, performance and customer feedback to improve features and services. Liase with internal stakeholders to implement these changes.
