Qualifications and Competences

Solid experience in sales (3+ years), ideally in a technical or project-based environment such as construction, architecture, or building site management

Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing projects, preferably with key accounts or complex stakeholder structures

Skilled in price negotiations and handling quotation processes

Native Italian speaker. English or German are a plus, proficient in MS Office tools

Ideally located near Milan or in the region between Milan, Varese and Como. If not, you should be comfortable with regular travel to Milan

With commitment and personal responsibility, you will actively contribute to shaping your sales area and driving its development forward. You actively contribute to the development of the sales area and the increase in turnover. In an enthusiastic and joyful approach of your customers, you identify their needs and recognize the wide-ranging application possibilities of our innovative SIGA products. Directly on site, you offer convincing and sustainable consulting and training. You analyse your sales area, organize your customer appointments, and sell high standard SIGA products and services. You enjoy winning new customers and building long-term relationships with them.
