Technical Sales Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer located in Bayan Lepas. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs and providing technical solutions, delivering outstanding technical sales and support, and building long-term relationships with clients. Day-to-day duties include conducting product presentations, providing after-sales technical support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also requires contributing to sales strategies and achieving sales targets.

• Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to effectively address customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
• Strong Technical Support and problem-solving abilities to assist clients with product inquiries and issues.
• Excellent Communication skills for presenting technical information and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Sales skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer accounts.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to customer needs effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field, is preferred.
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial equipment sector is an advantage.
