What You’ll Do

Architect Solutions: Walk the factory floors of India’s industrial giants, identifying production bottlenecks and proposing bespoke automation solutions.


Master the Market: Lead sales for our flagship CNC and Roll Forming machinery, acting as a technical consultant to MDs and Plant Heads.


Strategic Growth: Identify and penetrate high-growth sectors like Solar Energy, Transmission Towers, and Pre-Engineered Buildings.


Relationship Management: Build a legacy of trust with clients, ensuring StarkTek is their first choice for Industry 4.0 upgrades.


Who You Are

Technical Expert: You hold a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Electronics Engineering and can speak \"CNC\" fluently.


Proven Hunter: You have 3–5 years of experience in capital equipment sales. You don't just find leads; you own the entire lifecycle from RFQ to final payment.


Persuasive Communicator: You can explain complex AI-integrated automation to a shop-floor operator and a Board of Directors with equal ease.


Mobile & Ambitious: You are ready to travel across India's industrial hubs to hunt for the next big project.
