Job Description

  • Drive new business acquisition and pipeline growth
  • Grow and manage existing strategic accounts
  • Deliver technically sound hydraulic solutions
  • Achieve sales targets aligned to incentive structure
  • Maintain CRM discipline and territory reporting
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and marketing teams

The Successful Applicant

successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong hydraulic fluid power competency (essential)
  • Trade qualification or Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering background
  • Proven external sales / business development experience
  • Ability to work autonomously with a results-driven mindset
  • WA industry exposure and territory familiarity (preferred)
