Job Description
- Drive new business acquisition and pipeline growth
- Grow and manage existing strategic accounts
- Deliver technically sound hydraulic solutions
- Achieve sales targets aligned to incentive structure
- Maintain CRM discipline and territory reporting
- Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and marketing teams
The Successful Applicant
Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate
- Strong hydraulic fluid power competency (essential)
- Trade qualification or Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering background
- Proven external sales / business development experience
- Ability to work autonomously with a results-driven mindset
- WA industry exposure and territory familiarity (preferred)
