Job Description
The main responsibilities of this role are to proactively participate in all pre-sales activities including, but not limited to;
- Provide support for technical pre-sales support between Vertiv TSE/SE/Sales teams and targeted national resellers
- Perform intro online demos to customers for resellers thru demo labs
- Provide technical support nurturing Partners technical teams via training and formal presentations via web-based conferences
- Collaborate and communicate closely with Vertiv field sales teams supporting same opportunity
- Assist in technical sales positioning on proposals considering specifications, competition, winning criteria (e.g. price or performance or efficiency or footprint)
- Serve as escalation point for national resellers on technical pre-sales questions
