About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Executive to drive business growth by bridging the gap between technical solutions and client needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen combined with excellent sales skills to expand our client base and revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets through cold calling, networking and referrals

⦁ Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients

⦁ Understand client requirements and propose tailored technical solutions

⦁ Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations

⦁ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

⦁ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently

⦁ Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and improve sales performance

⦁ Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic insights

⦁ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems



Required Qualifications and Skills:


⦁ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred

⦁ 2-3 years of proven experience in technical sales or B2B sales

⦁ Strong understanding of technical products/solutions

⦁ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

⦁ Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

⦁ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

⦁ Result-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets

⦁ Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
