Job Description

As a Technical Sales Executive with AUTOMATED LAB SDN. BHD., you will engage with customers over email, phone, occasional f2f and via digital channels to promote and sell the company's range of BMS, Energy Management solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare email and quotation response to requests for quotations
  • Prepare and organise tender responses
  • Providing exceptional customer service on phone and responding to client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Prepare documents, including quotations, invoices and other documents.
  • Continuously expanding your product knowledge to provide clients with comprehensive and valuable insights
  • Arranges service appointments with customers. Track customers’ request and ensure follow up.
