This role is focused on technical façade projects, including glass replacement, silicone works, cladding repairs, façade painting, and specialist access solutions across high‑rise, hospitality, commercial, and luxury residential assets.

The role involves proactive lead generation, client management, opportunity qualification, technical tender support, and close coordination with operations teams to define safe, compliant, and commercially viable project scopes.
