Technical Sales Leader (Electrical Estimating & Critical Power)

We are looking for a Technical Sales Leader—the Tip of the Spear—to own our revenue growth, lead our estimating pipeline, and drive our Direct-To-Owner (DTO) strategy.

If you are a high-energy technical expert who thrives on converting 480V/critical power leads into won work through consultative selling and disciplined pipeline management, this is your next move.

This role is for you if you:

• Are a Critical Power SME: You understand 480V infrastructure, UPS systems, and redundancy better than the competition.
• Want to Own the Buy: You prefer driving Direct-to-Owner (DTO) relationships over fighting in the low-bid plan & spec mud.
• Master the DTO Strategy: You can take a client's pain point and turn it into a custom design-build solution.
• Hate Letting Bids Go...
