Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Lead commercial activities for fats, oils, emulsifiers, and lipid-based ingredients across Mexico & LATAM.
  • Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities in bakery, dairy, confectionery, and processed foods.
  • Provide technical support based on customer formulations, processes, and production needs.
  • Conduct product trials, demos, and technical training with clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Applications R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain.
  • Translate technical capabilities into commercial value propositions for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring long‑term account growth.
  • Manage CRM updates, sales forecasting, and performance reports.
  • Lead market intelligence efforts to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth segments.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of technical sales experience, ideally in fats & oils or food ingredients.
  • Strong understanding of lipid technology: emulsification, fat crystallization, oxidative stability, and antioxidants.
  • Solid knowledge of margarine and shortening processes.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into customer‑oriented solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Experience working with food manufacturers or industrial processors.
  • Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Availability to travel nationally and regionally.

  • Previous work with emulsifiers, antioxidants, or lipid blends in technical applications.
  • Knowledge of LATAM regional regulations for fats, oils, and food additives.
