Job Description
Manage and develop solid & trusted business relationships with Veterinary Pet Shops, Strategic Accounts, General Trade, and distributor partners. Conduct business reviews and develop key account management plans to drive visibility and growth, increasing sales productivity.
Design and implement short-term and long-term sales goals and channel strategies to achieve business objectives.
Promote the functional attributes of the Pet Solution pantry to pet owners and veterinary professionals.
Work in the field with distributor teams to maximize sales through distribution and selling opportunities. Provide product training, team coaching on individual selling skills, and leadership development.
Develop and execute training programs for commercial teams and customers to ensure value creation. Engage regularly with key customers and veterinary professionals through visits and communication.
