Job Description


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a results driven sales team.
  • Develop growth strategy/targets for assigned product line (in conjunction with applicable Sales Manager(s) for each Regional Sales/Account Manager.
  • Coordinate commercial and technical details with promotion, demonstration, sale and deliverables for product lines(s) both pre- and post-sale.
  • Develop and help facilitate product line training for assigned product line(s); and in accordance with Corporate training guidelines.
  • Field travel required to support costumers, sales team, and overall product line growth/development.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Familiar with manufacturing practices, sanitation and industrial environment.
