Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic professional from the FMCG/Dairy industry who brings together strong dairy technical expertise and proven sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:​

  • Manage techno-commercial sales of dairy ingredients to key accounts across India
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers in the processed dairy segment
  • Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
  • Conduct product trials and technical demonstrations at customer sites
  • Prepare and execute sales plans and growth strategies
  • Regularly update senior management on sales performance and market insights



Requirements:

  • 3–10+ years of experience in FMCG dairy sales / techno-commercial roles
  • Strong technical knowledge of dairy ingredients and processed dairy products
  • Good understanding of Indian dairy regulations and standards
  • Hands-on experience in conducting trials at customer end
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
