Technical Sales Specialist

Position: Sales Engineer

Travel: PAN India (mandatory) In a month 10 to 12 days

Education: Any Graduate or Diploma (preferred B.E. )

Experience: Minimum 0 -5 years

Salary: As per industry standards as under

Fresher - 18 -22K depends on the education and skills

Experience 30 -40% with his current salary and experience.

Pls Note - Incentives are more than salary in this company. We also have

Mediclaim.

Working Days - Monday to Saturday

Working Time: 10am - 6pm

Required candidates from Packaging industries in case of experience.

Or else we need a capital equipment or manufacturing salesperson as a part of our experience.

Skills Required:

- Clear Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills.

- Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with clients.

- Numerical Aptitude: Comfort with numbers for effective negotiations.

- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.

Responsibilities:

- Communication: Convey product details and technical aspects clearly to clients.

- Product Understanding: Develop an in-depth knowledge of the product to effectively explain features and benefits during presentations.

- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and industry networking.

- Sales Closure: Drive deals towards successful closure and meet sales targets.

- Client Engagement: Actively engage with corporate clients, ensuring a strong relationship and closing sales discussions.

- Travel: Extensive travel across India is required.

- Reporting: Efficiently maintain and update monthly/weekly sales reports.
