Primary Objective of Position
• Responsible for the installation activities and management of software packages and cloud solution at healthcare institutes (HCI’s) and/or the client site.
• Achieve alignment between customer needs, Abbott division requirements and external 3rd party customer service teams.
• Continuously improve the customer experience and cost efficiency by identifying process obstacles, formulating proposals for improvement and (co-) implementing improvement processes and mitigation plans
• Bridging between sales and customer service activities; ensure customer service is continuously updated about feedback from the field enabling a loop of continuous improvement always resulting in an optimization of patient experience.
• The data management specialist is responsible for the assigned region.
