+ Provide active support to Sales Representatives in the preparation of BEX-R and MOD offers
+ Ensure technical feasibility and fine-tuning of BEX-R and MOD projects

+ Ensure the technical and financial success of BEX-R and MOD projects

+ Analyze shaft survey sheets
+ Perform feasibility studies by identifying the products (preferably Otis) best suited to the requirement, draw up Autocad sketches, and establish and pass on any deviations
+ Guarantee technical and normative compliance with contracts by confirming with CLCs, who are in charge of the products
