Responsibilities
Review & Evaluate Profiles: Assess IT candidate profiles across multiple technology domains to match technical and project-specific requirements.
Conduct Video Screenings: Interview and evaluate 8–9 candidates daily, focusing on technical depth, communication, and overall problem-solving ability.
Prepare Evaluation Reports: Create crisp case studies highlighting each candidate’s strengths, key technologies, and suitability for designated roles.
