Job Title: Technical Scrum Master
Location: Hybrid, on-site twice a week minimum (must be local)

JOB SUMMARY

In this hybrid role, you will lead the Agile journey for a high-impact development squad while remaining an active contributor to the codebase. You will spend approximately % of your time on Scrum facilitation and team coaching, and the remainder develop robust back-end solutions using Java and modern frameworks. Your technical background will allow you to better empathize with the team’s challenges, unblock complex technical hurdles, and drive engineering excellence from within.
