The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing service providers within technical fire and security environments, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to condense complex information into clear, concise reports.

While technical knowledge is advantageous, the ability to lead, organise, and maintain compliance is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage service delivery from subcontractors (e.g., G4S, PTSG) for technical security and fire alarm systems, ensuring zero downtime.
  • Act as the primary client-facing authority, building and maintaining confidence with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Oversee and monitor performance of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
