Position Overview
The Technical Service Admin plays a key role in coordinating daily operations within the service center. This role focuses on handling machine intake , job order creation , system data entry , quotation/pricing/sales order processing , as well as delivery coordination . Also, the role will be supporting both service engineers and warehouse activities. While basic technical knowledge is an advantage, the position primarily requires strong computer skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
