The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background, hands‑on experience in customer support and troubleshooting, and the ability to collaborate with R&D and marketing teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical service and support to customers, including troubleshooting, product testing, and molding know‑how
• Collaborate with R&D and Marketing teams to develop new products and scout new applications in ASEAN and Oceania markets
• Prepare reports, maintain technical service documentation, and communicate customer issues promptly to the Technical Manager
• Ensure compliance by preparing legal and regulatory documents for the products and liaising with Environmental, Safety & Health departments
