Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to laboratory equipment and instruments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
  • Conduct on-site visits to perform equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Train customers on the proper usage and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
  • Create and maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
  • ITE or Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related.
  • With 2 years of experience in Service Engineer.
  • Prior experience in Automated Liquid Handling Systems.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
