Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
- Conduct on-site visits to perform equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Train customers on the proper usage and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Create and maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships.
- ITE or Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related.
- With 2 years of experience in Service Engineer.
- Prior experience in Automated Liquid Handling Systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
