Key Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales technical support and on-site service for solar PV, energy storage systems, and inverters in the Currimao region ;
• Perform installation guidance, commissioning, grid-connection support, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment;
• Respond promptly to customer service requests and ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction in line with SLA requirements;
• Diagnose technical issues both on-site and remotely , and coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex problems;
