Technical Service Engineer

Our client is a leading chemical solutions provider, specializing in innovative products and services for the oil and gas industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Technical Service Engineer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located at West.

Job Responsibilities:

• Technical Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor and analyse chemical programs using plant data and laboratory results, conduct troubleshooting, and prepare incident and findings reports to ensure stable operations.
• Client Support & Engagement: Respond promptly to client queries and concerns, propose value-added initiatives and improvement plans, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Operational Excellence & Safety: Drive reliability, safety, and operational excellence by coordinating with site technicians, ensuring HSSE compliance, and supporting housekeeping and on-site activities. <...
