Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in troubleshooting and make recommendations to determine the root cause of issues.
  • Liaise with team managers and technicians on quality issues.
  • Identify the root cause and report to the Lead for quality assurance and control.
  • Assist EV Maintenance Manager in liaison for technical and quality issues.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electric vehicles using tablets and online programming.
  • Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with company regulations after each repair.
  • Provide support on parts technical issues and warranty claims when necessary.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the After Sales Manager.
