Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues and equipment malfunctions.
  • Conduct on-site visits to perform repair and maintenance services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of service procedures and guidelines.
  • Train customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Create detailed service reports and documentation.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Prior experience in technical service or field engineering role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
