Responsibilities



  • Reporting to regional team, ensure a high‑level of support to our partners and customers for successful implementation and maintenance of our products. This includes remote and on‑site optimization/troubleshooting as required, as well as assisting the regional or HQ test labs in re‑producing issues to ensure prompt resolution.

  • Organize Proof of Concept (PoC) trials at customer or partner sites. Generate trial report and present the test results.

  • Deliver technical product training to partners and customers as required.

  • Monitor incoming support requests, generate trouble ticket & review support history from customer/partner.

  • Manage hardware‑related support, including coordinating unit swaps and managing the RMA process.

  • Create detailed field instructions for system restoration or issue workarounds as required.
