Job Title: Technical Service Manager

Work Regime: Full-time & Onsite (Onsite for the first 6 months)
Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Service Manager to join our team for a project in Lisbon. This role involves managing technical operations and projects, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring service delivery in international projects.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Status reporting and monitoring SLAs.
  • Client management, meetings, and first point of contact for issue triage.
  • Coordination of technical teams.
  • Management and coordination of tasks within the Competence Center.
