Technical Service Officer

Role Summary

We are looking for a hybrid Technical Services Officer to bridge the gap between traditional commercial cleaning excellence and the future of automated facility management. You will be responsible for the technical health of our contracts-ensuring that traditional equipment is maintained, staff are trained in chemical safety, and new automated systems (Robotics & IoT) are seamlessly integrated into our daily operations.

Section 1: Traditional Technical Excellence

• Chemical Management: Oversee the procurement, storage, and dilution ratios of all cleaning agents. Ensure all sites have up-to-date Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and comply with WHS/COSHH regulations.
• Asset Maintenance: Manage a preventative maintenance schedule for traditional industrial gear: floor buffers, carpet extractors, and high-pressure washers.
