Introduction to Role

Support and develop the technical support to the Pumps technologies portfolio, ensure the parts and services sales in the Market Area and collaborate with the other MA, BA and BL teams to ensure consistent customer experience and offering profitability.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinates all activity involved with MA Pumps technical support and field services needs.

• Extensive number of customer visits, evaluating customer needs and their further communication within Metso Sales & Services.

• Provides support on commissioning, start-up, performance checks, trials, warranty inspections, parts supply and training through formalized processes and documents.

• Provides high technical expertise in the area of troubleshooting, process knowledge, technical incidents, operation and maintenance for Pumps BL technologies portfolio through site visits.
