Technical Service Repair Manager (Appliance | Electronics)

Reports To: Business Development Head

Service Sales & Business Development

• Learn and assist in selling appliance / electronics service solutions such as maintenance contracts, repair services, spare parts, and consumables

• Support the preparation of service quotations, proposals, and contracts

• Assist in identifying sales opportunities within existing and new customer accounts

• Participate in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings

Customer Relationship Management

• Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining long-term client relationships

• Conduct regular customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify additional service needs

• Help handle service-related inquiries, concerns, and escalations in coordination with technical teams
