    • TECHNICAL CAPABILITY ESTABLISHMENT:

  • Establish self-own technical knowledge or skill via continuous learning, searching, approaching other technical resources and always conducting verification work in lab, machine hall or customer site for those potential assumptions, hypothesis or ideas.
  • Get familiar and skillful with the effects and adoption of the related raw materials, and the operation window of products, processing conditions and machine/ molds.
