About the Role

The Technical Service Support Manager will provide desktop support for WellStat staff, application and user maintenance support for the WellStat developed customer platform and manage Microsoft 365 licensing for WellStat. This role combines day-to-day support with process development and improvement to help shape and scale technical support across the organization.
