Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Participates in planning, installation, and integration of dialysis equipment and water treatment systems.
  • Provides user and technical training to customer personnel.
  • Documents all service activities, including assessments and service categorization.
  • Offers consultation and in-service training to clinicians on equipment use and care.
  • Coordinates with customer service to address machine inquiries and complaints efficiently.

About You:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in field service preferred.
  • An engineering degree, preferably in Electronics or Biomedical disciplines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
