Job EE25047 Job Title Technical Services Field Engineer - Variable Frequency Drives & Motors Remote Office Location Los Angeles, California Business Function/Department Industrial Systems/Technical Services Sales Territory, if applicable General Role Description Provide specialized, variable frequency drive (VFD) and control engineering expertise, service, and maintenance at site and remotely Role Accountabilities - Advise clients and Company engineers to resolve on-site issues, as the factory expert for the Company's VFD products - Provide technical support to clients and other engineers, when not in the field - Perform preventative maintenance on client equipment - Analyze client equipment failures using remote diagnostics tools, performing diagnostic and repair services at client site when necessary - Report to the factory any errors of deficiencies in hardware, software or system design discovered from consultation with clients and Company engineers.
