Background:
 

  • Working for companies similar size or complexity as BRP
     
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Mechatronic, manufacturing or electrical career
     
  • A minimum of 10 years in maquiladora and/or automotive industry
     
  • Proven experience as maintenance manager and Engineering manager 6 years minimum.
     




    • Experience:
    Strong Leadership skills
    Financial Budget preparation and follow up (OPEX/CAPEX).
    Business Continuity Plan (Preparation and Execution).
    Lead Cost Reduction initiatives.
    Safety Management System implementation (Participate).
    Knowledge of Mexican and international standards such as NOM, OSHA, ISO-, ANSI, NFPA & FM Global.
    Participate in compliance with the Quality Management System, Purchasing and Cyber Security Policies.
    Risk Management and Change Management.
    Strong knowledge in Lean and problem-solving tools.
