**Background**:
Working for companies similar size or complexity as BRP
Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Mechatronic, manufacturing or electrical career
A minimum of 10 years in maquiladora and/or automotive industry
Proven experience as maintenance manager and Engineering manager 6 years minimum.
**Experience**:
Strong Leadership skills
Financial Budget preparation and follow up (OPEX/CAPEX).
Business Continuity Plan (Preparation and Execution).
Lead Cost Reduction initiatives.
Safety Management System implementation (Participate).
Knowledge of Mexican and international standards such as NOM, OSHA, ISO-9001, ANSI, NFPA & FM Global.
Participate in compliance with the Quality Management System, Purchasing and Cyber Security Policies.
Risk Management and Change Management.
Strong knowledge in Lean and problem-solving tools.
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Strong knowledge in Project Management.
