Our client is an interior fit-out business with over 20 years' of trading history who specialise in high end commercial office refurbishments. They are looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to their team in Manchester.
The Role
* The Technical Services Manager will have responsibility for working alongside the project team, to ensure that all matters pertaining to MEP technical services are considered.
* Pre-contract - focused on ensuring that our client provide a technically excellent solution on each and every project we seek to secure. Establishing a robust tactic around procurement & cost certainty, and working closely with the design team to establish a collaborative design solution where applicable
