Our technologies serve industries including aerospace, automotive, power generation, and more, delivering exceptional accuracy and reliability for complex helical components.
This position would suit someone with experience in mechanical fitting or maintenance of CNC milling and grinding machines who is looking for a more customer-facing role. Full training on internal systems, quotation procedures, and communication techniques will be provided.
The Role
As the main point of contact for our customers, you will provide technical guidance and prepare accurate quotations for spare parts, service work, and machine upgrades. This is a desk-based role focused on managing enquiries and supporting international customers with technical solutions.
