We have a great opportunity for a Technical Services Manager to lead the hard FM and delivery within the UPP portfolio at Nottingham Trent University (NTU) across 12 sites, ensuring all hard FM services are delivered to the companyреді, statutory, and legislative standards.

Working closely with the Residence Director to further develop and implement processes to aid successful and efficient delivery of the Service Level Agreements, Facilities Management contract, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Schedule and Annual Sinking Fund requirements.
