Overview:

The Technical Services Manager will lead the technical compliance and food safety initiatives. This pivotal role ensures products meet the highest standards of safety, legality, and quality, while fostering continuous improvement across the business. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Duties:

Quality Management System (QMS):

* Develop, maintain, and improve QMS aligned with BRCGS, HACCP, and SALSA standards.

* Lead internal audits and manage third-party audit readiness.

Food Safety & Compliance:

* Ensure compliance with UK/EU legislation and customer codes of practice.

* Manage HACCP plans and conduct risk assessments.

Supplier & Customer Relations:

* Oversee technical specifications for raw materials and finished goods.

* Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
