Job Title: Technical Service Representative
Location: Langley, Slough
Working Pattern: 4 days on and 4 days off, 12-hour shift work.
Travel: May require up to 25% international and domestic travel to other line station locations.

About the Role:

As a Technical Service Representative at Panasonic Avionics, you'll play a crucial role in providing on-site technical support for In-Flight Entertainment/Global Communication Services (IFE/GCS) products in the UK & Europe. This position involves maintenance and support of aircraft IFE/GCS systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on IFE/GCS installation and maintenance.
